How long does UK delivery take?
UK Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 3–5 working days · £4.95
UK Express (DPD Next Day): 1–2 working days · £8.95 (order by 2pm Mon–Fri)
Saturday Guaranteed: order before Friday 2pm · £12.95
Free standard delivery on all UK orders over £75.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes! We ship across Europe (£14.95, 5–10 working days) and worldwide (from £19.95). Customs duties may apply for non-UK orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email your Royal Mail or DPD tracking link. You can also use our Track Order page with your order number or phone number.
Are prices in GBP?
Yes — all prices on our website are in British Pounds (£) and include UK VAT. There are no surprise charges at checkout for UK customers.
Can I order over WhatsApp?

Do you have a physical store?
We're online-only for now, with a curation studio in Birmingham. Pop-ups are announced first to our newsletter subscribers.
Size Guide
All measurements are in inches. Pakistani garments are designed with a slightly relaxed fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing down for a more tailored look.

How to Measure
Bust
Wear a non-padded bra. Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist (about 1" above your belly button).
Hip
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, about 7–8" below your natural waist.
Shalwar / Trouser Length
From your natural waist down to your ankle bone. Most of our trousers come at 40–42" length — if you need them altered, mention it in order notes.

Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?
We offer free UK returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging. Bridal and custom-stitched orders are final sale unless faulty.
How do I return an item?
1. Email returns@noor.co.uk with your order number
2. We'll send you a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label
3. Drop it at any Post Office or Royal Mail collection point
4. We'll refund your card within 5–7 working days of receiving the return
Can I exchange instead of refund?
Yes — let us know in your return email and we'll hold the new size for you. Exchanges are subject to availability.
What if my item arrived faulty?
We're so sorry. Send us a photo within 7 days of receipt and we'll either replace, repair or refund — your choice.
Care & Fabric
How do I care for lawn?
Lawn is a lightweight breathable cotton ideal for warm weather. Wash separately on a cool cycle (30°C max), do not bleach, and dry in shade. Iron on reverse on a low setting.
Chiffon & silk care
Always dry clean chiffon, silk, organza and heavily embroidered pieces. Never wring or twist. Store on a padded hanger in a breathable garment bag.
How do I store my bridal outfit?
After wear, dry clean within 2 weeks. Wrap in acid-free tissue paper and store flat in a breathable cotton bag — not plastic, which can yellow embellishments over time.
Are your fabrics ethically sourced?
Yes. We work with mills and ateliers in Pakistan who pay fair wages and follow safe working practices. Read more on our About page.
