UK Delivery
All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre in Birmingham, England. Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

International Delivery
We ship across Europe and worldwide. Customs duties and import taxes may apply on orders shipped outside the UK — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once dispatched, a second email will contain your tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. You can also track your order at any time at Noor & Co. → Track Order using your order number or phone number.
Returns & Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. We extend this to a 30-day window for your peace of mind.
Our 30-Day Returns Promise
- You may return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags attached and original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding original delivery charge unless the item is faulty).
- Returns from UK addresses are free — we provide a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of us receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@noor.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- We will email you a pre-paid Royal Mail returns label within 24 hours.
- Repack the item in its original packaging with tags attached and drop at any Post Office or Royal Mail collection point.
- We'll email you to confirm receipt and process your refund.
Items We Cannot Refund
- Custom-stitched bridal or made-to-measure orders (final sale unless faulty)
- Items returned without original tags or showing signs of wear
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery (hygiene reasons)
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement for any item that is faulty, mis-described, or not of satisfactory quality. Please email us a photo within 7 days of receipt and we will arrange the most convenient outcome at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or colour subject to availability. Mention "exchange" in your return email and we will reserve the new item for you while the original is in transit.
