These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Noor & Co. and the purchase of products from Noor & Co. Couture Limited ("we", "us"). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to place an order.
3. Placing an Order
- All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate.
- When you place an order, you will receive an automatic order acknowledgement. This is not an acceptance of your order — a contract is only formed when we send the dispatch confirmation email.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where there is a pricing error, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability. In such cases we will refund any amount paid in full.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices include VAT at the standard UK rate. Delivery costs (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna (Pay in 3), and bank transfer.
- Payment is taken at the time of order. If for any reason your payment cannot be authorised, your order will not be processed.
- Prices may change without notice but the price applicable to your order is the price at the time you place it.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless you have selected a Guaranteed service.
Risk of loss and damage passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you have specified.
6. Cancellation & Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. We extend this to 30 days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Faulty Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and match their description. If your goods do not meet these standards, you have the right to a refund, repair or replacement.
8. Product Descriptions
We take care to describe and photograph each item accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting. Hand-embroidery and block-printing means slight variations are inherent — these are not defects.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on Noor & Co. — including images, designs, text, logos, and code — is owned by Noor & Co. Couture Limited or our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without our written consent.
- Post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes the rights of others.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our liability to you arising from any single order is limited to the total value of that order.
12. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional codes are subject to their stated terms. They cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to industrial action, postal strikes, severe weather, and government restrictions.
14. Complaints & Disputes
We aim to resolve any complaint within 14 days. Please email us at hello@noor.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the matter to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always shown on this page and is dated. Any change does not affect orders already placed.
